For Art’s Sake
Creativity Belongs to Everyone
For Art’s Sake offers online and in-person arts-based courses and workshops designed to support emotional well-being, self-awareness, and connection. My offerings are for everyone—not just artists or “creative types”—and require no prior experience or talent. Grounded in psychological and somatic principles, my approach uses creativity as a practical tool for self-regulation and growth. Through simple, accessible creative practices, participants experience benefits including improved emotional regulation, reduced stress, and greater vitality. This is creativity as a resource for living well—doing art for the sake of it, where the process is its own reward.

Hi! My name is Jen.
I’m an expressive arts therapy educator, facilitator, writer, and artist—and a recovering creative who once set creativity aside and found my way back. Rediscovering creative practice has been deeply supportive of my own health and well-being, and I love teaching others how to reconnect with creativity in ways that feel accessible and nourishing. At For Art’s Sake, I offer arts-based courses and workshops focused on process over product, not performance or perfection, supporting self-expression, connection, and creativity for its own sake.
