Workshops

I offer monthly, topic-focused workshops designed to explore specific life themes and challenges through creative expression. Each workshop uses the arts to address an issue—such as stress, presence, emotional expression, or self-connection—and is grounded in the principles of expressive arts therapy. Workshops are approximately 2–3 hours long and are offered both online and in person. No prior art experience required.

Writing poems can be intimidating, but in this workshop you’ll learn how to write poetry in an accessible way. Starting with pre-written text (for example, a page of a book or a news article), you’ll be guided in a step-by-step manner to discover the words that resonate with you.

All you need is a page of text, a black marker, and a willingness to see what emerges on paper!
