The Artist’s Way:
A 13 - Week Online Course in Discovering and Recovering Your Creative Self
NEXT CLASS FEBRUARY 26, 2026
Do you…
Long to be creative but feel scared to do so?
Feel like you wish you could be an artist but don’t think you’re talented enough?
Wonder why you stopped creating art/playing music/dancing/writing (insert any other creative practice here) years ago?
Secretly feel jealous of practicing artists?
If so, The Artist’s Way course could help you.
The Artist’s Way is a 13-week journey of creative recovery based on Julia Cameron’s groundbreaking book, designed to help you reconnect with your imagination, confidence, and sense of play.
Guided by the structure of Cameron’s work, the principles of expressive arts therapy, and my facilitative expertise, this course offers practical and transformative tools to overcome creative blocks, silence your inner critic, and rediscover joy in self-expression.
Whether you want to write short stories, pick up your paintbrush again, play that long-forgotten instrument, or create a garden bed, The Artist’s Way will help you reignite your creative spark—all within a supportive, encouraging community that reminds you: you were born to create.

Stories of Change
-
"I came to this course after having felt creatively blocked for some years. It has had a huge impact on my life. After a couple of weeks of classes, I made my first artwork in years! The course gave me the space, time and community to reconnect with my creativity. It has been such a valuable experience. I feel like I can now consider myself a creative person. Being able to creatively play feels so freeing. The course has been a truly enriching experience and had such a positive impact on my life."

"As a self described art “has-been” I’ve been reluctant to pick up art again for many years due to many silly judgements of myself. This class has brought back the fun in creating, and reminded me that art is a process rather than a product. Unexpectedly, this class also gave me the opportunity to use the tools from the book to reflect on many other aspects of my life. If you want to find or re-find joy in creativity in a playful and curious space, then this is the class for you!"
-Marissa B., Scientist

"Jen’s Artist's Way class was a transformative experience! It helped me to get in touch with several of my artistic roadblocks, confront them, and work through them with compassion. Jen's approach is empathetic, supportive, and nurturing -- and I couldn't have gone through this course any other way. The Artist's Way can be challenging to navigate, but Jen makes it feel approachable and playful. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to feel like an empowered artist!"
